Sfoglia: Professional Course With Alessandra Spisni

Program: Three-month calendar course with compulsory attendance, aimed at:

  • Doughs;
  • Stretching sfoglia with the roller;
  • Simple pasta, Filled pasta, Colored pasta, ricotta / potato gnocchi;
  • Bread and similar;
  • Organization and management of laboratory;
  • Knowledge and application of hygiene rules;
  • Treatment and preservation of the product.

Useful Information:

Access to the course is only after practicing the amateur course and with the approval of the teacher.

At the end of the course, the degree of participation with the teacher’s evaluation is issued.
The course is held by Alessandra Spisni.
Materials and equipment are provided by the School.
Comfortable shoes are recommended.
The cost includes inscription, school uniform (T-shirt, apron, headgear) and 3 months of course.

An advance payment of € 300,00 is required at the time of registration.
The same will be retained for the student’s early withdrawal or, in any event, in the case that, due to lack of the student himself, the course is not carried out.

The balance must be received by the first day of the course.

The lessons are held from Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 16:00 with obligatory reservation.
