Three Days Sfoglia Class


Start: Morning at 10:00

Uniform: disposable apron and VSB headgear.

Program: Three 3-hour practice lessons in the laboratory during which every student will focus on the realization of:

  • Doughs;
  • Stretching of sfoglia with roller;
  • Simple pasta (tagliatelle, strozzapreti…);
  • Filled pasta (tortelloni, tortellini, ravioli, cestini, caramelle…);

Available languages: Italian – English.

Useful informations:
– Obligatory booking.
– Materials and equipment are provided by the school.
– Comfortable shoes are recommended.
– Registration is required at the time of booking.
– The lessons are held Monday, Wednesday or Saturday, from 10:00 to 13:00 with reservations required.
– Any cancellation must be communicated 48 hours before the date requested, a deadline that will still be rated 1 lesson.
– Enrollment fee is required.
– The reimbursement fee isn’t foreseen for early withdrawal of the student or in the case of his complete or partial absense can’t develop the course.
– The arrival time is binding for the carrying out of the course. 
– Delays are tolerated for a maximum of ten minutes. After these, the serivce will not be guaranteed and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Gluten, lactose and dried fruits are present in the rooms.
