Workshop with lunch


Description: Our most dynamic laboratory proposal. Recommended for groups of Team Building, Students, Hen / Stag parties who want to get involved in a goliardic way. A dip in the manufacturing of the Browse; guaranteed result!

When: From Monday to Saturday by reservation

Participants: From 10 to 30 participants.

Available languages: Italian – English

1.00 pm Arrival and Welcome  in the course room. Crescentine, cold cuts, typical local cheeses, sparkling Pignoletto.
60 mins. practical lesson in the laboratory, during which each participant, in their own dedicated station, will make, rolling pin, cut, stuffing, filling and closing the traditional Tortelloni and Balanzoni.

Following lunch served with tasting of:

  • Typical appetizer
  • Tortelloni with butter and tomato
  • Balanzoni with seasonal sauce
  • Dessert
  • Local wine in the measure of 1/4 per person
  • Water

Expected end of service: Not later than 3.00 pm

Useful information:

Reservation required.
Material and equipment are provided by the School.
Comfortable shoes are recommended.
Prepayment of the registration fee is required before the service.
The refund of the fee is not foreseen for early withdrawal of the student or in the event that, due to complete or partial absence of the same, the course is not taken.
The arrival time is binding for the development of the planned program. A maximum of 10 minutes of delay are tolerated, after which the service will not be guaranteed and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Gluten, lactose and dried fruit are present in the rooms.
