VSB Bologna – Associazione delle Sfogline is a space dedicated to the culture of food, the meeting point of the city’s gastronomic culture.
The Bolognese house, signed by the sfoglina doc Alessandra Spisni, has the aim of spreading the Bolognese tradition and food and wine culture with particular attention to the art of artisan pasta.
COURSES: From Monday to Saturday in the morning from 10.00 to 13.00, lessons for beginners and professionals to learn the art of puff pastry and traditional recipes.
TASTINGS: To rediscover traditional flavors, VSB Bologna offers a tasting of Bolognese cuisine by reservation. Unmissable Tortellini in brodo, Tortelloni with burro e oro and Tagliatelle al ragù, always accompanied by appetizers, first courses, main courses, desserts and a good local wine. A moment dedicated to the joviality and hospitality that made Bologna famous worldwide. At VSB there is no menu because it is not a restaurant, but every day the staff of the Sfogline house cooks with what is in the refrigerator, just like at home. The fee for the tasting is fixed, regardless of what and how much you will decide to taste.
THE PRODUCTS: PAt VSB Bologna the products of the Sfogline Association (Tortellini, Tortelloni, Balanzoni, Lasagne, ragù etc ..) can be booked, but also tools and equipment from Sfoglini, thanks to the collaboration with trusted shops and craftsmen with guaranteed quality .
VSB CARD: This is the annual membership card to join VSB Bologna – Sfogline Association. It costs 10 euros per calendar year and is necessary to use the services.
