Mini course with dinner
Description: Workshop with a playful spirit for Team Building groups, Hen/Bachelorette parties, birthdays, private parties. To prepare typical Bolognese pasta together and then enjoy the result of teamwork.
When: From Monday to Saturday by reservation
Participants: From 10 to 30 participants.

Plan:18.30 – Start of activity: 90 min. of practical lesson, during which each participant will make the most typical Bolognese pasta: Tortellini, Tortelloni, Tagliatelle
Rolling pins, traditional ricotta filling, Tortellini, Tortelloni and Tagliatelle, will be made by the participants in cooperation, without subdivision into subgroups and will then form the basis of the dishes served at dinner.
Approximately 20.00: Dinner served with tasting of – Fried crescentine with assorted cold cuts
– Tortellini in broth
– Tortelloni with butter and tomato
– Tagliatelle with ragu alla bolognese
– Local wine in the amount of ¼ per person
Expected end of service: Not later than 10.00 pm
Useful information: Material and equipment are provided by the School. The cost includes registration, disposable aprons, 90 min. of lesson and dinner served. Registration of all participants is required at the time of booking. The prepayment of the registration fee is required to confirm the service. The refund of the fee is not foreseen for early withdrawal of the student or in the event that, due to lack of the same, the course is not carried out.
Notes: The program is reserved for organized school groups of children between the ages of 10 and 18 accompanied by an adult supervisor.
Gluten, lactose and dried fruit are present in the rooms.
