Program: 60 minutes of pratical lesson in the laboratory: each student, on every single dedicated place, will realize, rolling, cutting, filling and closing of the traditional Tortelloni.
After that, lunch with tasting of:
- Tipycal appetizer
- Tortelloni butter and tomatoes sauce
- Second course with with seasonal side dish
- Local wine (1/4 per person)
Materials and equipment are provided by the school.
Comfortable shoes are recommended.
The prepayment fee is required before the service to confirm it. The reimbursement fee isn’t foreseen for early withdrawal of the student or in the case of his complete or partial absense can’t develop the course.
The arrival time is binding for the carrying out of the course.
Delays are tolerated for a maximum of ten minutes. After these, the serivce will not be guaranteed and the registration fee will not be refunded.
Gluten, lactose and dried fruits are present in the rooms.
