Program: Three hours of practical lesson in the kitchen, during which the students will produce:

  • Rolling-up of the traditional Sfoglia;
  • Cooking sauces and fillings until the recipe is complete;

Useful information:

– Reservations required.

– Material and equipment are provided by the School.

– Comfortable shoes are recommended.

– The prepayment of the registration fee is required before the service.

– The refund of the fee is not provided for early withdrawal of the student or in the event that, due to complete or partial lack thereof, the course is not carried out.

– The arrival time is binding for the planned program. A maximum of 10 minutes of delay is tolerated, after which the service will not be guaranteed and any registration fee will be returned.

Gluten, lactose and dried fruit are present in the environments.
