“I’m Yasmin and I’m a Sfoglina.
I graduated from VSB Bologna in January 2021.
I have always worked in catering covering various professional figures but with a great passion for cooking.
Going in search of new inspirations, I came across the VSB Bologna website and immediately fell in love with this art.
I embarked on a path rich in tradition, passion and culture with professional and genuine people … from the VSB family and the teacher Alessandra Spisni I learned this wonderful art.
Today I opened my open workshop in Bologna in the family restaurant “little cowboy since 1934” where I daily produce tagliatelle, tortellini and much more in front of our customers.
