Description: A programme for lower secondary school, upper secondary school and university students, introducing our beautiful city of Bologna through its culinary culture. A workshop exploring world-famous flavours.

When: Monday to Saturday, by reservation

Participants: 10 to 30 participants.

Available languages: Italian / English

Programme:

• 1:30 pm – Activities begin.
• Approximately 40 minutes during which students will take part in a fresh pasta workshop, rolling out pasta sheets and making traditional unfilled pasta.
• 2:10 pm – Afterwards, a sit-down lunch will be served, featuring a tasting of the pasta made during the workshop and water served in jugs.
• 3:00 pm – End of service.

• Booking is required.
• Materials and equipment are provided by the School.
• Comfortable shoes and short nails are recommended.
• The price includes registration, the lesson and lunch.
• All participants must be registered at the time of booking.
• Advance payment of the registration fee is required to confirm the booking.
• The registration fee is non-refundable if the student withdraws early or if the course cannot take place due to the student’s absence.
• Accompanying adults must also pay the fee.

Notes: The programme is reserved for organised school groups of students aged 10 to 18, accompanied by a responsible adult.

Gluten, lactose and nuts are present on the premises.
