“I am Nurit Maporn I come from Thailand and arrived in 2005.
As soon as I arrived I found myself passing a school of fresh pasta. I fell in love at first sight and I said to myself “This will be my job” so I asked for information and broke it.
I did an amateur course with Alessandro Spisni and I did a professional course that started with Alessandra Spisni and I graduated and immediately found a job. Thanks to them that make me discover the art of the pastry.
Now I’m about to open a fresh pasta workshop with take-away dishes and some Thai dishes by reservation.
