“Hi, I’m Elena,
I was born in Bologna and the Sfoglia has always been passionate obsession!
So in 2008 Yacopo, my boyfriend, gave me the Sfoglia course at the Vecchia Scuola Bolognese as a gift.
It was pure love, right from the start. I realized then that I wanted to be a sfoglina!
So I started the professional course in March 2008, the year in which I also won the Golden Rolling Pin competition ( )
Today for me the Sfoglia is essence, harmony.
School was a crazy experience for me, the most enjoyable 3 months ever.
