I came to Italy a few years ago. I was a carer for a while. my grandmother bought tortelini from a lady.
At a certain point the lady stopped making them because she was old. I was very disappointed not to find them anymore.
In exchange, one day I found a video from vsb on the web… it was what I wanted, I wanted Alesandra Spisni as a teacher, the choice turned out to be excellent.
I thank my teachers Alesandra and Stefania Spisni for helping me find my passion.
