I am Giorgia, since I was a child I have always kneaded and closed tortellini in the company of my grandmothers, dreaming of being able to do it as a job, once I grew up.
And here I am !!!!!!
First through the amateur course, then through the professional course, I was able to learn a lot.
The more I have “hands in the dough” the more I enjoy and I am happy !!
