PROPOSAL 1: MINI COURSE AND DINNER

GUESTS: Starting from 10 people
18:30 p.m. – START: 2 hours of practical lesson: each student will produce the most typical Bolognese paste. Doughs, rolling mills, tortellini, tortelloni and tagliatelle made by partecipants will be the base of the dishes at dinner.
20:30 p.m. – Dinner served with tasting of
-Fried Crescentine and assorted salumi;
-Tortellini with broth;
-Tortelloni butter and tomato;
-Tagliatelle with ragù
-Cake of the day
-Mineral water;
-¼ lt of local wine per person.
End scheduled service: by 22:00

COST: € 77,00 per person (Taxes not included).
Useful info: Materials and equipment are provided by the school. The costs includes inscription, disposable aprons, 60’ of lesson and served dinner.
All participant must be registered at the time of booking.
To confirm the service, the prepayment fee is required.
Early withdrawal of the student or if the course is not carried out due to the lack of the students himself, the reimbursement fee is not foreseen.

PROPOSAL 2

PROGRAM: COMPETITION AND DINNER
GUESTS: Starting from 20 people
19:00 p.m – Division of the group into teams as indicated by the company.
Start of show cooking
a VSB master will show how to make the recipe you’ll choose.
Assigning a place for each team and announcement RULES: “Starting from the basic ingredients each team is required to realize the traditional recipe: THE REAL TORTELLONI in a maximum of 30 minutes. During the competition a video tutorial will reproduce key processing steps.
At the GOONG sound the teams will leave the post so the Judge can evaluate the finished products.
19:30 p.m.: Cheering, award ceremony with light welcome ( Sparkling Pignoletto, Parmesan flakes).
20:00 p.m.= Tasting dinner served :
-Butter and tomato Tortelloni
-Bolognese Cotoletta with potatoes
-Cake of the day
-Mineral water
-¼ lt of local wine per person.
