Ingredients and doses for 6 people

GREEN BROWSE
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g of flour
  • 20 g of spinach
  • nutmeg to taste
DRESSING
  • 150 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 800 g of meat dressing
BECHAMEL
  • 1 LT of milk
  • 90 g of butter
  • 60 g of flour
  • salt to taste
  • nutmeg to taste

Preparation

Knead 3 eggs, 300 g of flour, 20 g of spinach and a pinch of nutmeg.

Roll out the pastry which should be like pappardelle.

Make some rectangles of dough similar in size to the pan you want to fill.

In salted boiling water, whiten the green sheet and stop cooking in cold and salted water for a few minutes.

To season the layers of Lasagna, prepare the béchamel, heat the ragù and keep the Parmesan on hand.

On the bottom of a pan put in the order:
just a little of the grease of the ragù, a layer of the puff pastry, the béchamel powdered evenly on the whole puff pastry, the ragù taking care of do not leave undone points of dough.

Sprinkle with grated Parmigiano Reggiano.

Following the same procedure, it creates at least 5 layers.

Keeping the pan uncovered, bake at 180 ° for about 40 minutes.
