COURSE FOR STUDENTS Participants: from 21 to 40 people


11.45 am – Arrival at the school and subdivision of the participants into two subgroups.
12:00 – Start of activity and tasting
In a shared environment, the participants will create the Sfoglia workshop during which, under the guidance of the master, they will make traditional dough, roll with mattarello and making simple pasta.
At the same time, the second subgroup will taste the lunch served with a trio of traditional PASTA handmade by VSB masters and water. 13.00 – Reversal of groups.
2.00 pm – End of service.
At the end the result of what is produced during the laboratory will be packaged and honored to each participant.
