Proposal 2 – Lesson With Appetizer


Participants: Starting from 10 pax

11.00 – Start of activity: 60 min. of practical lesson in the laboratory, during which each participant will realize the traditional Tortelloni.
Starting from the basic ingredients, each participant will make dough, fillings, cutting and closing of the Tortellone.
The result of the product will then be delivered to each student.

12.00 pm Cheers accompanied by fried crescentine and mortadella cubes.

COST: € 40.00 per person.(taxes not included)

Useful information: Material and equipment are provided by the school. The cost is inclusive of registration, disposable aprons, 60 min. lesson, toast with Pignoletto. At the time of booking is required the registration of all participants. The prepayment of the registration fee is required to confirm the service. The refund of the fee is not provided for early withdrawal of the student or if, due to lack of it, the course is not carried out.
