Mini lesson and dinner


Participants: Starting from 10 pax

6.30 pm – Start of the activity: 2 hours of practical lesson, during which each participant will make the most typical Bolognese pastas. Dough, rolling pin, Tortellini, Tortelloni and Tagliatelle made by the participants will be the dishes served at dinner.

8.30 pm Dinner served with tasting of:
– Fried Crescentine with assorted cold cuts
– Tortellini in broth
– Tortelloni with butter and tomato / Tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù
– Cake of the day
– Mineral water
-Local wine in the measure of ¼ per person

Expected service end: before 10.00 pm

COST: € 77,00 per person (taxes not included).

Useful information: Material and equipment are provided by the school. The cost is inclusive of registration, disposable aprons, 120 min. of lesson and dinner served. At the time of booking, all participants must be registered. The prepayment of the registration fee is required to confirm the service. The refund of the fee is not provided for early withdrawal of the student or if, due to lack of it, the course is not carried out.
