Lesson with lunch


Partecipanti: (MIN. 15 PERSON, MAX 30 PERSON).

90 minutes of pratical lesson in the laboratory: each student, on every single dedicated place, will realize, rolling, cutting, filling and closing of the three traditional bolognesi pasta: tortellini, tortelloni, tagliatelle.

At the same time: 90 minutes in the kitchen preparing the three traditional Bolognese sauces:

  • Broth
  • Butter and tomato (burro e oro)
  • Bolognese Ragù

Both classes will work alongside and both could take place in one of the group freely.

13:00 – 13:30 Tasting of the prepared lunch

After that, lunch with tasting of:

  • Tipycal appetizer
  • Tortellini with broth
  • Second course with with seasonal side dish
  • Dessert
  • Local wine (1/4 per person)
  • Water

COST: 72 EURO per person (taxes not included )

Materials and equipment are provided by the school.

Comfortable shoes are recommended

The prepayment fee is required before the service to confirm it. The reimbursement fee isn’t foreseen for early withdrawal of the student or in the case of his complete or partial absense can’t develop the course.

The arrival time is binding for the carrying out of the course.

Delays are tolerated for a maximum of ten minutes. After these, the serivce will not be guaranteed and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Gluten, lactose and dried fruits are present in the rooms.
